It was just so good experience here, I have visited here for serval times in years, first time was for cleaning - and it’s completely free included in the student insurance, as it should be normally. And the cleaning and filling took much less time than expected, everyone was professional - they know what they were doing, and it recovers just smoothly. I tried another clinic for some personal reasons, but the experience was completely in huge different. When I re-visit 247 again, I felt the same warmth, the x-ray, decent equipment as usual, the questions before hand was detailed, and also for suggestions on other potential problems I might have, the dentist actually sat down and checked my situation, and left after confirming it could be individually done by assistant or residency, rather than just passing by asking if there’s anything need help at the time I have equipment in my mouth :) thanks, very helpful. (The situation I met in another clinic) Overall, the service was good here, the price is acceptable with insurance, the booking takes short time, waiting time is short also, I have nothing to say just compliments, and I would recommend 247 dental to every single one I know who needs dental care (especially for the new students coming here in Waterloo), and you guys deserve it!

Highly recommend. I had a great treatment right from the scaling to the entire treatment everything was perfect. I'm very much satisfied with the overall service.I really liked the scaling and cavity filling getting done.Dr.Maggie was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and kind. And the I also got my teeth analyzed by the other doctor and an assistant and they were also very nice and helpful and made sure if I was feeling good during the cavity filling as well. The reception was good but the service at the reception could be made better with more smile on their face. However they were helpful at giving information. Overall very good service.

I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which added to the overall professional atmosphere. The dentist who handled my teeth washing, was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all my concerns and questions. The treatment I received was top-notch despite the stress I gave that dentist lmfao.😭 Thank y’all.
