Cheap, Efficient and Affordable top post battery! My Big ol' F250/ V10 had a bad battery, wouldn't crank for days ... researched battery type needed found this bad boy and couldn't believe the price! Even with the core charges it was so inexpensive, now I know you get what you pay for but for what I needed the thing for, it worked flawlessly! I installed this it, and my big baby cranked right up, holds a charge well ( I overly went driving to test it and make sure my alternator was doing its job) and it held the charge seamlessly and stayed charged so what else can one ask for?! tried to return old battery for core charge,walk in door ask door employee where to take battery for return was sent to automotive department stood at desk for 10 minutes looking for someone then employee shows up from break ok tell him i had just bought a battery and needed to return for core charge he walked to another counter and grabs a battery rings it up and says my battery is not the same and need to pay him 190.00 dollars . i was like i only have a core to return from online order that was just picked up with sticker from order with number on it he get manager and she says we can't return battery here need to go up front to courtesy desk so we walk up front cerk at desk says i don't know how to do this ,gets manager she says we ca...

Good battery not long lasting though

I like that it fits and charged up great but problem is it didn't last but 6 months and has a dead cell and Walmart of Fayetteville, WV wouldn't honor the warranty so I had to buy a new one I pray this one doesn't die like the last one since it's the same exact kind and this time I'm keeping a eye on it. Good value battery if you don't mind changing it every year.

Horrible

Not even 2 months old and it was dead and leaking acid. Don't buy this unless you want to be stranded on a very important and time sensitive circ*mstance like I was this morning.

We needed a new battery because our only vehicle battery was dead not chargeable we need delivery of a new battery. We get new battery we order from Walmart and it was bad as well did not work was dead as well. Had to walk to O'Reilly to get another one

the on line transaction was good no problems there which included a refund to my credit card. The transaction didn't even show up on my statement. This is what happened. I had an appointment to pickup the battery after 8 PM. I arrived at about 730pm. the auto department was closed. i checked E mails for information about how to pick up battery they were supposed to bring it to car. was supposed to let them know when i was on the way so they could have it ready. There wasn't a E Mail to respond to them so i when in to store and picked up the kind of battery i ordered and took it to service department i wanted to get it and get out of there as soon as possible. Terrible battery experience

Battery failed within 2 months.Swapped out for another after getting in argument over the additional $12 they tried to charge me as a core charge,The new battery has failed as well.Taken to 2 diferent shops to test after putting my wifes battery in my truck so I could test my charging.The guy at Walmart said no batterys had warrantys and I disagreed and told him he was wrong and he told me he would not honor warranty on exchanged battery as their tester could not test without charging my hattery for 2-3 hours they claimed,very disappointed,terrible warranty and battery run away

Great battery

I think all of the batteries are made by Johnson Control. This battery went into a 1998 Ford Mercury Marquis. I had trouble with the Autozone version. I kept having to recharge it. They kept saying it was fine.I can't keep charging it up with the plugin charger. That gets old fast. I had enough and bought the Walmart brand. The car has been perfect ever since. I didn't replace the alternator nor do anything else to the car. They tested out fine. It really was the battery.

Cannot complain… Purchased two of these for the shop truck 2010 Ford F350 XLT Diesel. Truck had been sitting for a good 8months %26 both battery Volts were diminished to the point of no repair so ended up picking these up for a great price, Installed them, turned ignition on, performed a complete diagnostics scan w/Ford IDS system, %26 a few faults were present. Saved DTC report %26 Cleared all DTCs. Rescanned, no hard codes were displayed. So that was a green light to START ERRRRRR UPPPP! Truck started up on the first try with no struggles. 👍

I was amazed by the quick home delivery of the battery—just what I needed to get back on the road. What I disliked was because I bought the battery on-line I did not receive the “core charge” rebate. I thought that would not be a problem—go to Walmart with on-line receipt %26 old battery and get back the $12.50 core charge. Nope— it was a big drama, two different Walmarts %26 six different customer service people before they refunded the core charge. I was told I should have bought the battery in person with the old battery. How could I buy the battery in person? My car was dead. That's why I bought it on-line.

So my wife starts up her truck and no turn over. Drop her off to work, after running some "backyard diagnostics" turns out the old 5yr battery was starting to go and would not hold a charge for long. I know the symptoms of a bad battery since I used work around a lot of cars for a big company before. So, I shop around online make a few phone calls no luck or too expensive for our current budget, especially after doing some maintenance and upgrades to my wife's truck (oil change,spark plugs, k&n airfilter service, Napol high performance ignition coil packs x8) and a new DPFE sensor, now I can only assume that the high performance ignition must have finished off that old battery after 3wks of having them on. Least expensive battery I could find. The 12 month warrantee saved me as much as I paid for the battery. No one else seems to offer a low cost automotive battery. The CCA Was lower too, but for my short term needs it was the price point I was looking for.

Get what you pay for

if you just need something cheap and quick for right now, this is the battery for you. it lasted one year, after the first one only lasted 3 months and was replaced. We purchased this one just to get the pickup to the mechanic and it wont even turn it over.

battery lasted 1 year and 3 weeks and leaked so bad it corroded the copper terminals until they snapped. 3rd Walmart battery thst fails right after the warranty im done with Walmart batteries. Rude customer servjve and terrible product
