I have been wondering how I can answer the following questions that can help me design the right education for East Africa with my work at SPECTRUM TRANSFORMATION SERVICES. I have been gaining insights from Singularity University community since I assumed the role of ambassadorship in Uganda to get a comprehensive strategy. 1. How can an education system be designed to promote a culture of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning among students?2. What strategies can be implemented to encourage educators and students to embrace the process of unlearning outdated information and relearning new knowledge and skills?3. How can technology be effectively integrated into the education system to support the process of learning, unlearning, and relearning?4. What role should assessment and evaluation play in an education system that values and encourages learning, unlearning, and relearning?5. What policies and structures should be in place to ensure that educators have the necessary support and resources to facilitate a learning environment that promotes continuous growth and adaptation?
