Your Day-to-day
Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
Provide top tier support and service to our customers
The Details
Start Date: Monday, June 10, 2024
In-Office Training, 100% attendance required: 3 weeks, Full Time, Monday-Friday, 11:30AM-8:00PM
Full Time Shift Only after Training: Monday through Thursday, 11:30AM-8:00PM, Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
Rotating Saturdays Required: 7:00AM-11:00AM
Compensation: $16.00+/HR + BONUS (Additional base pay based on experience)
5% Language Differential for those that are verified for Spanish fluency
You’ll Bring
Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
Experience deescalating and/or negotiating with customers in a professional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older
